1 can Evaporated Milk

1 cup boiled whole milk

1/2 can Condensed Milk

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 tablespoon Water

1/3 cup Yogurt


**Preheat the oven to 180 degree Fahrenheit and switch off the oven.

Pour the evaporated milk and whole milk into a vessel.

Now heat them until it is above body temperature.

Then add the condensed milk.

In the mean time heat 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan on reduce heat until the sugar is caramelized to nice golden brown color. Then turn off heat. Now add 1 tablespoon of water and stir with a spoon.

Now add this caramelized sugar with the milk mixture.

When the milk mixture is warm add the yogurt and blend them properly.

Now pour them in individual serving containers.

Close with foil. Let the yogurt set full night in the preheated oven (do not turn on the oven)

At morning open the oven, The Mishti Doi is ready for eat.
